Are there any monthly fees?

No. We don't believe in charging you for services we provided to you years even months ago – you should never be required to pay a monthly fee (other than hosting) to keep your website. We do offer a few services that are payable monthly however they are optional.

Why should I choose your company over another?

We have over a decade of combined experience in web design and marketing for a wide range of businesses. Our company was founded by a former insurance agent which gives us a special insight and understanding of the insurance industry that other companies just don't have because they "haven't been there or done that". My website needs don't fit into any of your packages. Can you build a website based on my needs?

Of course - we're very flexible. Our packages are just starting points but if you need something specific/different please let us know by requesting an estimate.

Why should I buy a custom site when I can just use a template?

If you want to stand out from the crowd of other insurance websites a custom designed website is the way to go. Having a website that's unique to your business will make your website easier to remember and help you build on your brand – which you cannot do with a template website. A template website is a one-size fits all solution, we think you deserve better.

When and how do I pay for my website?

To get started we require a deposit of 50% of the websites cost and the remaining balance on completion. Projects over $2,000 will be broken into phases and will be a percentage of your payment will be due prior to the start of the first phase and upon complete of each additional phase.

Do you use templates?

No. All of the website we build are design especially for our client's needs and business. However, we can help you if you have found a template that you need customized.

Why aren't there any flash website in your examples?

Although we have built websites flash in the past. We've found that the disadvantages of using flash on most websites out way the benefits. With the newer web browsers and technology there are better ways of accomplishing "flash-like" effects without using flash.

How long will it take you to design my website?

The time will vary depending on the size and features of your website. However, in most cases we can complete your website within 7 to 14 business days.

Who provides the content for my website?

This is completely up to you. You can write your own content, hire an article writer, or use our pre-written content. We have pre-written content on most common insurance products.

But keep in mind, no one knows your business better than you do. So if you're able to write your own content – go for it!

What is web site hosting and how much does it cost? Do you offer hosting?

Web hosting in its most basic terms is similar to rent one would pay for an office space. Your website files, graphics and applications will reside on a web hosting server which is physically connected to the Internet. Hosting fees are typically small depending on the resources required by your website. We can host your website for $9.99/mo. or $110.00 annually – or you can choose your own web host.

How will I know if I'll like the design?

We will email you a draft (preview) of the websites layout for your approval prior to completing your site to ensure you are satisfied with the design. If you are not satisfied with the draft created we will try and accommodate any changes you have. However, the number of layout revisions will be limited to the package(s) selected. Revisions needed outside of the package limits may incur an additional charge.

Will I be able to make changes myself?

Yes, if you subscribe to our content management system you'll be able to make changes to your website without our help or we can update your website for you as needed.

What if I need to make changes to my website in the future?

If you subscribe to our Content Management system you'll be able to make majority of the changes on your own or you can give us a call, let us know what you need, and pay for updates as needed.

Will my website be unavailable while it's being redesigned?

During a redesign, your site should never be down. A separate development site will be used for the new design to allow your existing site to function normally until the new site is completed. Once the new site is finished, the transition from your old site to the new one is seamless.

Do you offer search engine optimization (SEO)?

Yes, every website includes basic search engine optimization (SEO). We also offer advanced SEO options if you wish to rank highly in the search engines and drive more traffic to your website.

What methods of payment do you accept?

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Bank Draft or Electronic Check. If requested we change accept payment via PayPal however a 3.2% service fee will be added.
